However, the official repos have pdfarranger, and it looks to me to be identical, so sweet! Not sure the name change was necessary---why'd they fork it? Why not just contribute to the original software and get a new maintainer if necessary.johnny_boyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15835345044702988836noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-852161773840707483.post-85617325249738961472018-12-17T13:04:28.911+00:002018-12-17T13:04:28.911+00:00If you installed it with pip for your current user...If you installed it with pip for your current user (without sudo), which is the recommended way for installing packages with pip, its binary should be in ~/.local/bin. So you need to add this folder to your PATH if you haven't already. To do this, open ~/.bashrc with a text editor and add this at the end of the file:

export PATH="$PATH:$HOME/.local/bin"

Save the file, then source ~/.bashrc by running:

source ~/.bashrc

Now you should be able to type "pdfarranger" in a terminal (or Alt + F2) to run it.Logixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03026963810377267607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-852161773840707483.post-12798610500396233262018-12-16T12:12:30.127+00:002018-12-16T12:12:30.127+00:00I've just installed it via pip.
